Making a Calibration Curve

Next, we made a calibration curve so that we could find the unknown concentrations for SF6 and CF3SF5 in our triple standard.  To make the calibration curve, we needed to find the area under the peak in the chromatogram at different concentrations for each species. Therefore we connected a 1.012 ml, 0.25 ml, 100 ul, 25 ul, and 10 ul sample loops to the 8 port valve to get different concentrations of the species.  Here are some of the chromatograms obtained for different samples with different sample loops.
